Torrey and Pookie were birthed at our 2024 WoodenBoat School class. Torrey, for the Torrey Islands offshore of the school, and Pookie, for the word we use for most any goo in boatbuilding–caulk, thickened epoxy, and other unnamable substances. Torrey and Pookie now live in the Salt Lake area wuth Matt and Dave, and the poor gentlemen have now been infected with the boatbuilding virus. There is no cure.
