All in all, a pretty fine day. For me at least. I got to watch the sunrise from my easy chair with a cup of hot espresso in my hands.

I made it all the way to the ski hill with the “You’re out of gas, you idiot” light on. Got a couple good fluffy runs in and did not freeze my booty entirely off. Damn it was cold.

Filled my empty tank for under two bucks a gallon.

And still got home in time to order $2200 worth of marine plywood by noon. More boats to build.

Then I got to play Lorena Bobbitt to poor Bob the boat.

Poor fella only had them for one night and never even got to use them. (That I am aware of.)

And successfully installed the new oar stands. Still a couple more bolts to put in but the hard part is done.
